The Impulse Essential™ is an excellent choice for those who need basic head and foot comfort adjustability and bed elevation up/down, without the advanced comfort and safety functions of a certified hospital bed.
Ultra Low Height
The low height of 15" (22" to the top of the mattress) offers a comfortable and effective height for transferring into and out of bed.
Comfort Positions
The Impulse Bed can help to achieve countless comfort positions for rest, reading, or watching TV with individual head and knee elevation.
Convenient High Height
The convenient high height of 23″ (30″ to top of mattress) allows caregivers to work at a comfortable ergonomic height, which means safer and better care. This position also offers nice access for cleaning or repositioning of the user in bed.
Illuminating Hand Control
The simple Hand Control clips conveniently onto the rail or into its specially-designed holster on either side of the bed. All buttons illuminate with the touch of a button for easy visibility in dark settings.
Multi-Position Assist Rails
The Impulse™ Bed can be upgraded with optional Assist Rails to add security and help with transfers into and out of bed. Add two or four rails. (Rails in photo shown on SonderCare Aura™ Bed.)
Metal Grid Deck
The Metal Grid Deck provides the mattress with excellent support in all articulations while offering optimal ventilation for any moisture between the mattress and bed frame.
